Living an active lifestyle since childhood, Mackenzie grew up competitively dancing and playing lacrosse, eventually getting into kickboxing and weight training. Health and fitness have always been a priority from ensuring she is fueling her body properly, to making time for exercise and movement. Eventually, she took her passion for kickboxing to the next level by becoming a certified boxing and weight training instructor. When she’s not at the gym or working her day-job at an influencer marketing technology company, you can find her outdoors; surfing, skiing, hiking, or adventuring with her husband and dogs. Michelle is NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Training Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist, that brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the world of fitness. Michelle graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in 2020, and is now looking to pivot from her career in corporate finance, to follow her true calling and passion for fitness.
