Traditionally, cold therapy has been performed by athletes in an effort to enhance post-workout recovery, today it is embraced by celebrities, biohackers and health and wellness enthusiasts, worldwide. 

The Leader in the Cold Therapy movement, WIM HOF, has created a three-pillar approach to improving health and performance that involves mindfulness, breathwork and cold therapy.   We walk you step-by-step through the pillars in our Wellness Experience. 

What to expect: This will be a 2-hour immersion that starts with a guided meditation, breathwork and with a 2-minute cold plunge. Afterwards, enjoy drinks, light bites, music and time spent with your local  community.

What to bring: Wear a bathing suit or shorts with T-shirt to plunge in, bring a robe, a towel, comfortable footwear and a change of clothes.

Ticket price: $175 per person

About Tracy Lee: Tracy Lee Percival is Integrative Therapist, certified in the modalities of Reiki, Breathwork, Sound Therapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy and EFT Tapping. Cold plunges, also known as cold water immersion or cold baths, involve immersing the body in cold water, typically with temperatures ranging from 50 to 59 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 15 degrees Celsius), for a short period, usually ranging from 2 – 3 minutes. Cold plunges have gained popularity for their potential health benefits and are commonly used by professional athletes and individuals seeking to improve their overall wellness. Ashleigh is originally from sunny Southern California. Her passion for fitness began at a young age through dance and musical theatre. Throughout her career as a theatre professional, she relied on fitness to be her best self on-stage, and off. Group fitness became such a passion, she made it into a career. She’s certified in Barre and Pilates, and has taught dance for all ages for over a decade. As a busy working mom of two little kids, she knows how challenging it is to carve out time for yourself, but truly believes that movement and music are medicine for the soul.
She lives in West Orange with her husband and 2 children, and when she’s not at the studio… she’s probably at Disney!

Mackenzie Ferrara

Living an active lifestyle since childhood, Mackenzie grew up competitively dancing and playing lacrosse, eventually getting into kickboxing and weight training. Health and fitness have always been a priority from ensuring she is fueling her body properly, to making time for exercise and movement. Eventually, she took her passion for kickboxing to the next level by becoming a certified boxing and weight training instructor. When she’s not at the gym or working her day-job at an influencer marketing technology company, you can find her outdoors; surfing, skiing, hiking, or adventuring with her husband and dogs. Mackenzie thrives in nature, she’s a big heart, laidback with an optimistic attitude, many have said it’s infectious when around her!
 
 
Q: What is your favorite way to relax or de-stress?
 
A: “One of my favorite ways to relax or de-stress is a good sauna session or even a cold plunge. Both have their unique ways of relaxing me while de-stressing me and keeping me present. Aside from that, any time spent in nature, but especially something like surfing or skiing”

Michelle is NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Training Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist, that brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the world of fitness. Michelle graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in 2020, and is now looking to pivot from her career in corporate finance, to follow her true calling and passion for fitness. Her expertise lies in strength and conditioning training, and she is dedicated to helping clients not only achieve their fitness goals but also surpass them.
