Angie is a southern girl by birth but fell in love with a Jersey Guy. Fast forward 25 years and she has 2 teens about to start college and 4 doodle dogs.

Angie’s first inspiration for fitness was her Mom. Angie remembers joining her Mom doing fitness video tapes or being told that she had to run like a duckling behind her. This determination to find ways to be physical, while raising a family, has always stuck. Angie always ran but decided when 30 that she needed to do a marathon. She hasn’t looked back since and is now running a half or full marathon in every state. She just finished state 18 in April.

While Angie is a passionate homemaker (she loves anything vintage or antique!) and being an at home Mom when the kids were toddlers she decided to become a certified fitness instructor. She started working at NJ Fitness Factory in Bloomfield over a decade ago and worked there for 12 years. Angie is described as being energetic, positive, liking music a little too loud, but most importantly she openly tells herself AND her clients to be easy on themselves. This is a journey. There is nothing we can’t accomplish on this journey together.

In November of ‘21 Angie completed a 50 mile marathon. What turned into “I think I should stretch with some yoga” has ended up being one of the greatest self care decisions Angie ever made. The first time she stepped on her mat she knew immediately that Yoga, and instructing others, needed to be an additional layer in her life. She got ERYT-200 Yoga Teacher Certified at Iris Yoga in Bloomfield and has been instructing both yoga and fitness classes there since.

Lastly, a confession. Angie believes that a hug, a cup of coffee with a friend or a really sweaty workout can alleviate most of our worries and fears. She tries not to take life always so seriously. Most things always “work out”.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
