Ashleigh is originally from sunny Southern California. Her passion for fitness began at a young age through dance and musical theatre. Throughout her career as a theatre professional, she relied on fitness to be her best self on-stage, and off. Group fitness became such a passion, she made it into a career. She’s certified in Barre and Pilates, and has taught dance for all ages for over a decade. As a busy working mom of two little kids, she knows how challenging it is to carve out time for yourself, but truly believes that movement and music are medicine for the soul.
She lives in West Orange with her husband and 2 children, and when she’s not at the studio… she’s probably at Disney!

Ted Channer, Jr.

Ted is a passionate group exercise instructor dedicated to promoting health and wellness through dynamic fitness programs. Ted holds over a decade of experience training and has completed his own transformation from being overweight to fit. He brings an energetic and motivational approach to every class and always creates an inclusive and enjoyable fitness environment.

Mackenzie Ferrara

Group Fitness Instructor

Living an active lifestyle since childhood, Mackenzie grew up competitively dancing and playing lacrosse, eventually getting into kickboxing and weight training. Health and fitness have always been a priority from ensuring she is fueling her body properly, to making time for exercise and movement. Eventually, she took her passion for kickboxing to the next level by becoming a certified boxing and weight training instructor. When she’s not at the gym or working her day-job at an influencer marketing technology company, you can find her outdoors; surfing, skiing, hiking, or adventuring with her husband and dogs. Mackenzie thrives in nature, she’s a big heart, laidback with an optimistic attitude, many have said it’s infectious when around her!
 
 
Q: What is your favorite way to relax or de-stress?
 
A: “One of my favorite ways to relax or de-stress is a good sauna session or even a cold plunge. Both have their unique ways of relaxing me while de-stressing me and keeping me present. Aside from that, any time spent in nature, but especially something like surfing or skiing”

Alish is NASM-AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with 8 years of experience helping people to reach their fitness goals!
He began his athletic journey at age 8 by joining to his city’s soccer team! He has channeled years of training and coaching to create customized, simple, and sustainable exercise plans for clients, that gets them the results they desire!
 
Q: If I could have any superpower, what would it be?
A: “To talk to animals , because I simply love them”.

I would back pack through Asia. To experience a mixture of vibrant culture, delicious food and historical sites. From Singapore to Tokyo to see futuristic technology and traditional temples. I would love to travel from Bali to Thailand , for the stunning landscape and tropical vibes. So much to see!

Ron’s passion for fitness began at an early age. He started racing BMX bicycles, which gave him the knowledge of what strength power and force can do for the body.
As a certified trainer, he has been consistent in his own disciplined workouts for over 30 years. With a passion for fitness and a wealth of knowledge for building lean muscle and strength, Ron is dedicated to the process -which leads to results!

Bucket list trip would be fishing the flats for bonefish in the Bahamas or Turks and Caicos.

SANDRA CORCIONE

Personal Trainer

Sandra is a transplant from California. She became a fitness coach to help people let go of their limited beliefs, discover their physical potential, and embrace fitness as a life journey, not a temporary activity. “Our bodies can do so much more than we let them. We just need to challenge it, let go of our fears or embarrassment and be patient with the process.”

Sandra loves running. She successfully completed two 100-mile races, the iconic Western States 100-Mile race in 2014 and Zion 100-mile race in 2018 with many 50K, 50 milers and 100K races in between. It was through her passion for running that she found a love for general fitness and learned the importance of flexibility, mobility, and strength training not only in life in general, but also in sports performance. Though she is not able to run long distance anymore, her happy place is still the trails!

Sandra also loves to travel, food, wine, and serving communities in need. She lives with her husband and their two spoiled fur babies Burpee, a sheepadoodle and Zion, a tabby domestic short hair cat.

Interesting fact: If I had a superpower, it would be to heal people from injuries so they can continue to do the activities they love!

Mark graduated from National Personal Training Institute, a course covering nutrition, anatomy, physiology, bio mechanics, and psychology. He is a Certified Functional Strength Coach & an “A” certified to coach proper use of kettlebells with the RKC level 1

In the last 10 years Mark has lived and worked in six different countries as a teacher and through that experience he has learned how to become a coach who knows how to communicate! His overall goal is to help his clients believe in themselves, Mark strives to give all of his clients the confidence and the tools needed so they can consistently train themselves for life.

Sheri is an E-RYT 500 hour Power Yoga Instructor holding additional certifications in both Yin & Children’s Yoga. Sheri completed her first 200 hour certification in 2014, followed by an additional 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training certification in 2016. Sheri’s love of learning and commitment to her students of all ages, keeps her motivated to continuously deepen her practice by remaining a student herself. She is currently participating in an additional 300 hour certification in Chromatic Yoga.

Sheri’s mindful sequencing, clear instruction, and focus on the importance of maintaining a steady breath, and movement with body awareness, allow her to provide a supportive, safe space where practitioners of all levels can effectively maximize every asana. Expect to start off slow to warm up the body and then flow with confidence as you are guided through a challenging, fluid sequence that will leave you feeling strong, grounded and accomplished!
