Living an active lifestyle since childhood, Mackenzie grew up competitively dancing and playing lacrosse, eventually getting into kickboxing and weight training. Health and fitness have always been a priority from ensuring she is fueling her body properly, to making time for exercise and movement. Eventually, she took her passion for kickboxing to the next level by becoming a certified boxing and weight training instructor. When she’s not at the gym or working her day-job at an influencer marketing technology company, you can find her outdoors; surfing, skiing, hiking, or adventuring with her husband and dogs.
